Budget 24-port Gig switch needed

I'm redoing my workspace's networking - just laid in several hundred feet of Cat6, a new patch panel, and 18 new wall jacks. I also just had FIOS business 150/150 installed. I need a budget friendly but still sturdy 24-port gigabit switch. I'd like to keep it at $200 or less if I can. I don't need layer 3, POE or a managed switch. My main router is a Sonicwall and it looks like that will handle the VLANs just fine.

I was looking at the Netgear Prosafe JHS524NA on Amazon for $160, or the Cisco SG102-24NA, but don't really have any experience with either of these. What do you think?

I've not used either for my network. But have seen both at customer sites. I'd probably go with Cisco. After a recent and continuing support matter with Netgear I am completely soured on them. The customer had purchased an FS728TP before they engaged me. But I told them it should be fine. If the purchase is more than 90 days you cannot speak to a human without paying $75. I submitted an email ticket 3 days ago and have yet to hear back from them.

Yes, that makes sense, thanks for the insight (and warning about Netgear) I also found this HP model, which, after consideration, I ended up ordering. We'll see.

I picked up a 24 port Cisco small business gigabit smart switch a while back and it's been
rocking along like a champ. Guess I should mention the price... it was around $150

+1 (I have one in our office, a 12 or 16 port 1 GB, also a great 'tight wad' budget deal' for $83 or so....)
