the colors are horrible. I like the menu but when you put it all on that purple background - yuck*
Logo is washed out by the backgrtound
Logo looks homemade
Ditch the text on the home pags - blahblahblah - its not selling anything. Headline your two biggest and brightest special offers. You will get clicks and calls from them. You wont from blahblahblah. Its just taking up space and serving no purpose. People generally will not read blocks of text like that anyway - unless they are prefaced to the object of receiving something they
want. Seriously that is THE premium space on your website. Better to put something there that sells, than a mission statement.
Your SERVICES should be the first menu item. Thats generally what customers visiting your site are looking to find.
ABOUT should be last
Dont make your customer 'look' for information about whether you offer the service they need. If they cant find it within a few secs and the other google result they have open in their browser does have it - you just lost sales
If Im a business owner and Im looking for someone to come in and do a fix - do you do that? - cant see info on that in your site. Looks like only managed services. You just lost customers. Cant see anything there about what you actually 'do'. (Maybe it is there but too 'deep' into the site to find?) - either possibility is a problem for the effectiveness of the site.
Whats your service area?
Whats your response time?
The top menu links dont work - its not good web design to have hyperlinks that dont travel.
"technology news" - how is this item selling your services?
"what we offer" - has NO sales copy
- you need to promote BENEFITS of your business. You think just because you put a table and some prices, people are going to ring you and business will start flooding in the door? There's nothing there that actually SELLS the service to customers.
I really dont see the point of having "number of likes" visible when you have 2 or 5 or 10 or whatever. This has the exact opposite effect of promoting your business. It actually says you are relatively unpopular. By all means promote your social media presence, but you have to wonder about the effect of telling people hardly anyone supports you.
The main issues I see with the site are the colour, the navigation, and the lack of real promotional content. It also lacks trust symbols and calls to action, both of which are important elements for inclusion to aid conversions. You might also include some reviews by customers.
Consider also adding a photo of your physical premises.
If you have a signaged vehicle, consider adding images of that also.
I think you are failing to anticipate what your customers will want to see on your site. Definitely theres not a lot of effective 'conversion' content, that will make people want to pick up the phone and call you.
*google and read up on the sales psychology of colours, particularly dark coloured sales copy. You may be doing yourself harm here because of the 'vividness' of the site. Some people will just take one look at it and click away - simply because they dont like its appearance. "neutral" and "simple" (uncontroversial) colour schemes will create the best 'retention' rate for your site. Yes. This matters too.

If you want to rank for organic searches, you need to add more 'seo' content, and to some extent structure your site more appropriately for this.
