Biostar Bios Update HELP

I have looked everywhere for help and can't seem to get an answer. I am currently working on a computer for a family member and trying to get it cleaned up and moving faster. I would like to run UBCD on it but it won't let me boot from USB or from CD-Rom with it. I noticed that the Bios was out of date and so I figured I would update. Well the flash wants a floppy which I do not have, and I am all out of ideas. Please help!!! I would like to try Winflash but can't find a download for it and they do not have the original CD's for the board.

Chipset: KM266-8235
BIOS Date: 02/24/2003

I found the alternative to having to explain this is just to put the user on my ignore list.

I did google that but do not know where to find the flash program for the BIOS to setup the DOS cd.

Firstly just rip a floppy out of another machine on your bench to use for this. The second thing is did you check the BIOS changes to see if between the current revision and the one your trying to upgrade ot if they enabled/added the option your looking for?
