Whatis the bestway to transfer over 10k Canadian dollars or us dollars within Canada? Wire transfer works, with $30 fee. Any other options? Say from Royal bank to another person in Royal bank? Or TD bank. Or certified check?

As long as you have the account number and routing number of the target bank, you should be able to wire the money there.
