For the last few years I've been using this Pittsburgh deck sealant/revitalizer. The stuff is very cool. Acts almost like the spray-in truck bedliner stuff. It's very thick - fills cracks up to 1/4" (3 coats) and makes my 30 year-old back deck look like a new composite deck. Water can stand on it. We use it on the decks, docks, concrete porch, woodpile roof (heh) and I even just finished covering my outdoor sub-woofer enclosures with it as they were showing their age in the weather. Stuff even has sand/grit in it for anti-slip and good wear resistance. I know other manufacturers make similar stuff but your mileage may vary.

Dang, where was this before I sealed up my new garden boxes. This junk looks strong enough to use as a roof surface.

Looks interesting, does it come in different colors, it shows only the one on their website.

Any color. It comes in different bases then the home store tints it. I've used it in white, milk chocolate brown, dark chocolate brown and grey.

My brother is a professional Painter Tradesman/Painting Contractor and has been for 45 years. He still uses the same brand of paints that he started with: Tuabman's Tradex.
Over the years many people have had different opinions of Taubmans but it stood the test of time.
The point is that it wouldn't matter what you used there would be someone that had a bad experience with it. My .02
