Battery Powered Screwdriver for Removing LapTop Batteries

You mean to open laptops, not just to remove batteries, right? I just use manual screwdrivers on laptops. Don't know of anything with power small enough to get in there.

Yes, that is what I meant.
My mind was working on a whole bunch of projects at the same time:confused:
When I was watching the Podnutz sample video on opening a laptop, I thought he said that he sometimes used a powered screwdriver.
Maybe I am mistaken.

I don't ever use power screwdrivers. There to much of a chance in striping a screw.

It comes with a nice set of bits, but for the really deep holes, you have to use something else. I actually bought a stupid screwdriver kit at Lowes just for the extra long bits. They're like 4" long, which is overkill, but it still works and beats taking one apart by hand.

+1. You gotta get a good set of regular precision screwdrivers that has spinners on top. Battery powered isnt going to cut it and you are likely to strip screws with it.
I do 4-6 machines a day with good quality manual screwdrivers.

I agree, I have seen to many people make way to much work for themselves using electric. Think manual drivers take to much time. Try drilling out a striped screw without destroying a notebook. Not fun.
