Has any heard of, tried, or found an application like ccleaner for Mac? Basically something simple that cleans out all the temp files and junk in one click. I always delete my cookies, etc. however I use a few browsers as I do web design, and was looking for something that can get everything at once, and even those places you wouldn't think temp or web files would be sitting. Thanks for your comments. Long live technibble!\

Thank you Bryce. I saw the post about the make stuff on the home page the first day, got side tracked and didn't read it. Do you do a lot of Mac support? BTW, Thank you for creating such a great community.

About 10-20% of my work now days is Mac related. Really easy stuff too, like unboxing it and setting up their email settings. Im glad you enjoy the community too.

OnyX is probably what you are looking for.

Onyx is pretty good for getting hidden system and user caches as well and you can selectively choose one or the other. I used it a couple weeks ago to correct an issue where Safari would freeze and crash on a user. I had already deleted all the caches in the users cache folder as well as plists and it was still freezing and crashing. So I used Onyx and it must of cleaned some hidden caches. Safari worked great afterwards.

Might I suggest another approach: Firefox!!:D

I gave the customer that option at the counter. Had it on a flash drive and installed it on her machine and demonstrated it worked. I said you can use Firefox and pay nothing or pay to have Safari working again. She choose for me leave Firefox on the machine but she still wanted Safari working as well. So I got a half hour labor + diags out of it.

You can't beat that. I love the people that are tied to Safari or IE like they have a leash on and are afraid to get off of it. They provide me with good stories and Calzone money.
