Does anyone on this forum have experience with Microsoft's Retail Management System (RMS)? I have a client that wants me to upgrade this product from v1 to v2 at two of their stores.
I know i can crack the manual and call MS to gain what i need to perform the job and i will. I will not accept or perform the job until i know what i'm doing and of course i would backup all systems for a quick restore in case of a problem.
I just thought i'd ask a few questions about the product here first if anyone does have any experience with RMS.
