Anyone heard of a Novatech M66SE laptop.

I had a customer drop of a laptop on Saturday and i'm going to work on it on Monday. She wants it restored to factory settings. I was just wanting some heads up to save me some time because i've never seen one before. Does it have a restore partition? and if so which key combinations to access it.

I've got a IQON M66SE, which is based on Philips/Clevo. I suspect yours is going to be the same. One I've got did have a recovery partition accessed by the F8 option, go into Repair options and it was part of the standard menu to recover to factory

Ok had a look at it today.
It doesn't have a restore partition. It's supplied with XP Pro disk and a drivers disk. Which the customer doesn't have anymore. Anyway it wasn't a problem I just used Driver Backup. There is a link on their site for that model (It's actually a Clevo.) to download the drivers, if the driver backup didn't work.
Had to backup user profile etc. 64GB. Tomorrow i'll reinstall the drivers and all their data.
