Anybody using a PDA or handheld for info ?

AdvancedComputerGroupInc - I am still working toward a complete system. At this point I am using an html form I created and host on my personal web server which I connect to using a VPN. Then using a php script the information from the form is automatically entered into a MySQL database and also packaged as a PDF document and sent to the client. I'm still working on linking the information in the database to my bookkeeping without manual intervention.

Wheelie - Except for a few relatively minor (at least to me) missing features like copy & paste and being able to send email attachments, I couldn't ask for much more from a phone.

knowledgebase

Back on the subject of Knowledgebases does anybody have any suggestions on the best format/app to keep a knowledgebase. Maybe just use a speradsheet, or then there are apps like neomem.

Does anybody have any preferences?

I'm getting a Palm Tungsten TX here soon; I have a list of stuff that I would like to put on there like little tidbits of informaiton in the case that I ever forget. Thinking about finding/creating some sort of inventory tracker so that I can track what I have in store and on-hand. Also am looking into getting and RDP app (the computer I use at work is setup for RDP access) and then logmein stuff. Also wondered if anyone heard of some sort of offline mapping app for the palm (like google earth)?

Was wondering if you guys have any suggestions, etc?
