Hoping for a little guidance from a current user of this product.

I just setup a trial of their Exchange server product at a client this morning, doing hybrid backups to a local drive and a B2 bucket.

It was simple enough to setup, and at $220, won't break the bank if it works. I'm wondering about the functionality while it is slowing doing the initial backup (footprint will be about 2.5TB).

I have it set to do an Exchange backup each night @ 7pm (did a test run with their 30GB database, it took 1.5 hours to complete the local and online backup), and a file backup for the rest each night @ 9pm. I set the backup to run for a maximum of 10 hours, so it will stop by 7am the next morning.

I will ping support, but I'm wondering how it will handle itself until a full backup gets completed the first time. It it manages 2GB a night, for example, I'm hoping on the 2nd night, it will do changes only for the first 2GB and then pick up where it left off, so by the 3rd night, it will be changes only for the first 4GB, then pick up where it left off, etc. So in this scenario, it would take a couple of weeks to get everything uploaded so it's changes only from that point, which should complete in the 10-hour window.

Do I have it about right?

30GB in 1.5 hours? Must have low upload speed. I have a few clients on a 200 down and 100 up fiber line (typical speed test gets 280ish down and 150ish up) and can upload 50GB in just under 45 minutes.

Got a reply from support at 8:30am on a Sunday - There's one upvote, that's for sure. It works as I suspected, picking up where it left of in the next run. That's good.
