another site/price review request :)

The layout of the website is nice, smooth and to the point. The only thing I would do is add some graphics on some of the pages...its alot of text, the graphics will give it a better look.

In regards to the prices they seem fair, and I like how you compare them to Geeksqaud.

I am curious about the following from your site:

We offer a yearly service contract for $149 per machine per year we will:

Backup the data from your computer to CD, DVD, network-attached storage, an internal or external hard drive or another computer.

If they have 300-GB of photos and music but no extra HDD for backup, do you back-up the data to 60 DVD's?

I agree, more graphics. I don't care for the dark red too much.

I really like how you compared Geek Squad. My whole site needs an overhaul but
I may need to do something like this soon. Best Buy is opening a new store in my
town this summer.

Make the phone number bigger!
Also make where you service stand out with bold or something. "Huntington, Massachusetts"

Excellent point. I need to be more specific. Should I include something like up to 4.7 gb in that price and point out that additional hardware or fees may be required?

Everyone else thank you for all of the suggestions I will incorporate them as soon as I can and post back.

Looks pretty good, but I did notice a typo on the home page:

Search Engine Optimization (SOE)

should be:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Not too bad. Nice layout. On the right track. My opinions on design only:

#1: Change fonts for links @ the top.
#2: Move the MS Certified image somewhere else (bottom perhaps? in the footer)
#3: Footer needs work, font changed, change of colour too.
#4: Is it just me? Or doesn't the 'content area' blend in very well with the red/grey background?

Good info, more defined

Separate things so they are not so 'wordy looking.' Perhaps tables with colored cells, less text per page and more subpages. Should make it so it's not so much information at once. Right now it reads like a manual, rather drab.

Layoric

your site looks good, gives a lot of information. The one complaint i have is the solid bright red background makes it hard to read the text. I have to focus way to hard on not looking at the blaring red background. It may just be my eyes but i think a calmer red would do wonders.

In my opinion there's too much wording and nothing which attracts the visitor. I got lost in a couple of settings, and in those couple of settings I hope that I find what I need... but I couldn't.

You should try to work more on this ;)

Other than that, I love the colors and the layout... but you're aware that these are not the most important.

I agree, the colors looks great!! I would try to put more bullet points and graphics to catch the visitors eyes. I've found that most people on the internet don't want to read very much, and they skip down to the key phrases in your copy. You should keep it as simple as possible. :)

If you put google analytics on each of your sites pages, you'll be able to monitor your bounce rate. The goal is to keep people on your site of course, and generate calls to your phone number or a completion of your contact form.

"Bounce rate (sometimes confused with exit rate) is a term used in web site traffic analysis. It essentially represents the percentage of initial visitors to a site who "bounce" away to a different site, rather than continue on to other pages within the same site."
