Adobe Reader Wont print and closes

Hi

I have a client who has adobe reader on the pc, It wont print, when you go to file and print it just does nothing. i can print everything else perfectly with all the other software just fine.

I can open pdf files just fine to and read them.

As soon as i go to file and print it sometimes takes 30 seconds and adobe reader just closes, other time it lets me go to the print options and when i press print it just does nothing closes the print screen and goes back to the pdf file.

I have tried all the updates, i have tried an older version (10) - i have tried a few updates or fixes. i have completely removed it re installed it and still the same.

when i use another program called SumatraPDF it works perfect so must be adobe problem.

Anyone had this and no how to fix it? ( o i also tried ccleaner, malware bytes and so on to make sure it wasnt a virus problem.)

Is it any pdf or specific ones? This can be caused sometimes by pdfs not conforming to the Adobe pdf standards.

Have you tried

Help > Repair Adobe Reader Installation

If that doesn't work, I'd try an uninstaller such as Revo, and uninstall it using that, then do a clean install
