[SOLVED] Adobe installation files

I'm re-installing a computer for a client.
He bought Adobe CS5.5 about 3 years ago, and has the email he got with his serial number.
What he doesn't have are the installation files, and when he logs in to his account on Adobe, he can't find it on his products list, nor can he register that serial.
How can we get to download the install files?
