I know this post might sound like a sales pitch, or spam. I can assure you that it's not.

This is a topic that, according to my searches, hasn't been discussed here before. I bet most of you really don't think TOO much about it, but I can guarantee you have a "favorite" pen that you use all the time.

I still spend a lot of time writing; be it notes, ideas, or otherwise. I know I am a computer geek, I had no idea I was a pen/pencil geek too. Not until my friend bought a pen from a local store and brought it into the shop, it wrote very nice, crisp, clean lines. From that day I was on the look out for the "perfect" pen.

It was shortly after that that I found a website that catered to people like me, and I'm sure some of you will appreciate it too. That website is JetPens. (I am in no way affiliated with them, just a huge fan).

I know we can all appreciate a good pen/pencil, and JetPens has them. I would urge any of you interested in a good writing instrument to take a look.

I am currently in love with the Pentel EnerGel.

So what is your favorite writing instrument? I'd love to hear what everyone is using.

Paper Mate Profile - Medium point, black ink. Rubber grip for fingers. Very nice inexpensive pen. I bought 2 5 packs of them and love em.

:)

My Favourite I got free from Cisco at their conference. Just a nice ball point pen but got a really nice grip on it.

I just can't find it now but I suspect my wife for using it.

Any good fountain pen. I have Waterman (favorite for now) and Mont Blanc as well as a handmade set from one of my customers.

My favorite is the Pilot G-2. But, if you're ever interested in a kick-ass pen, check out kickstarter… there is almost always a new pen project on there and these guys are REALLY into pens :)
