64 Bit Vista D.A.R.T Link?

Hello guys. I have searched google and the forums and I am stumped. I am looking for a download link for the Vista Diagnostic and Recovery Toolkit (64 Bit). With all the changes to TechNet (R.I.P.), I cannot find a link anywhere. Does anyone know where I can download this? I already have the 64 Bit .iso but I need to create a D.A.R.T. bootable DVD. All that I can find is the one for Windows 8. Will it create one for Vista?
