3 years of gigabit bidirectional for 249/year

I pay $230 "ish" a month now (was just at $185 a month for about the past year) for Comcast residential internet, phone and TV. Internet speed just tested at 240/6 and quite honestly it's "good enough". I just did a sharepoint migration that saw me having to manually move a few sites... pull the data down manually and then re upload. Made that 6 up feel REALLY slow... made me wish it was at least 25, if not 100. Outside that I've never felt my connection wasn't good enough.

I doubt I'll see fiber roll out in my residential area about 2 hours east of Pittsburgh, but one can dream. Reminds me... I need to call Comcast and "play the game"... $230 a month is crazy.

I am clearly spoiled by residential pricing of $60/month for about 800 Mbps download/600 Mbps upload, so cannot fathom paying thrice that...but, business' internet costs!

If you are referring to me... that price figure IS residential.... :(
