2nd Site Critique - Hopefully launch

I had some problems on my 1st Critique post so made some changes to site , added features, PayPal , Chat. so made this 2nd post.

I used podnutz techbuilder site and had it modified to add a 3rd option which lead to more changes. So in a effort to no longer procrastinate on perfect and get something out there I plan on going with this, pending any feed back for you all.

Note : I used a temp site to host the .png below and will self delete in 3days in which I will go live and will update my technibble profile with the upto date info.
Thanks technibble helped tremendously to cut down the start up time.

Forgot to mention I will be adding ACRBO logo soon, just have to fill out 2nd half of app when go live to be ACRBO official.
