Well i have got my 1st Chinese now everything is in Chinese how do you handle these can't read Chinese.
I can read english and french but not chinese.

I just did one two days ago, but was lucky enough to have the owner sit beside me as I fixed it using System Restore. Although the Windows text was in Chinese, all my tools (programs on USB flash drive) were rendered in English. Try booting installation media and running various Advanced repair options (after you have removed, imaged and tested the hard drive).

I'd maybe use your smartphone with a translator app. My Windows Phone has an app that does translates via augmented reality, I can point the camera to the text and it translates it on the fly. Not sure how well it will work on a computer screen but it's worth a shot.

edit: look up Microsoft Translator in your app store, it looks like the app is available for all platforms.

What's the name of the app?

Going to be fun 0x0000007e error could be alot of things causing this error laptop has an SSD they may have deleted a partition not sure.
Can boot in safe mode updated all drivers no effect.
According to customer it was upgraded to windows 10 and rolled back to 7 then ended up with 0x0000007e BSOD errors.

Did you check the drive health and back up user data while in Safe mode? Have you tried System Restore yet?
Drive is good i scanned the system for viruses and spyware pulled out loads of stuff using av boot cd's un-installed the AV, boots normally now no problems.
Seems there was an issue with roll back, installed new av everything is working good going to remember next time un-install av before rolling back to 7 next time.
The customer rolled back windows 10 to 7 my guess windows 10 av is not compatible with windows 7 causing the BSOD 0x0000007e there were no drivers in the stack of the dump so i put 2 and 2 together and figured it had to be the AV.

I have had a few of these. I had the client get me to the language section in control panel and switched it to English. We have a lot of Chinese foreign exchange students at the local high schools so i see these more than i would have imagined .
