1GB debuginfo.txt file server2k3

I have a large debuginfo.txt file on a WHS (2k3 server), located on the root of drive c. I can't find any reference to what is making this large file/how to stop it. It seems to write to it almost constantly.

Any thoughts?

Found it

Used an app to open large text files. It was a DVR program (security dvr) running, logging everything. Oi....
