You do know there is a difference between SAS drives, and Sata drives? Your server is SAS. The drive you have is sata. Therein lies the issue.

Probably best if you took a picture of the caddy sata ports, the plane ports on the server.

Install the ssd. Use your 10 iso to install windows. Do not have it connected to the internet at any point during the installation. Once account has been made. Fans data over to the ssd. Activate 10. Install your usual software. Job done.
