    I’m all for taking advantage of a free upgrade. But if Microsoft finally has closed that door well it sucks to be you. Either pay for a legitimate copy or switch to Linux.

    I'm confused. Who owns the domain constoso.com? Is that the insurance company's domain? Assuming they own it why is this going to take weeks? It is a button press to convert a shared mailbox which is all a team's group is into an exchange account.

    This. Also several laptops from different manufacturers of that era have more than one TPM chip. I have a Lenovo T460s. It has a TPM 1.2 chip on the motherboard and a 2.0 that is built into the CPU. You can switch between the two or off in the BIOS.

    If he pulled out of the box himself he almost certainly did. Check his common email addresses. He used some email address on the first boot-up. That account he was required to make on the first boot-up is the account used.
