Bryce Whitty from Technibble.com here and in this episode I am going to share with you a quick tip about pitching your managed service provider solutions.

First of all, you should absolutely create a unique MSP offering if you can

You should absolutely productize your offerings to the best of your ability. That is, package it in a way you can repeat, rather than everyone having 100% customized solutions.

However, that doesn’t mean you should come in guns blazing with your prospect telling them what they need is your solution.

Similar to going to a doctor’s office, you walk straight in without saying a word, and they say “take these pills”.

Before you have even had a chance to say what you are at the doctor’s for.

You need to pique their interest with something like content marketing to get your foot in the door and be allowed to visit.

Then, you can look at their existing setup, do some free discovery, and THEN you can “prescribe” your solution.

Not one size fits all, take some time to understand your client, and build out your productized offering to solve various problems you see on site.
