InfoWorld posted an article about the file-sharing service bug in Windows Live. They reported that it has been fixed by Microsoft.

The bug moves files that user have in their original files into a trash folder without the user knowing about it.

Microsoft released a statement today that they are working to assist users on how to retrieve files if they encountered the bug. They also said that their Windows Live SkyDrive service was not affected.

Even after releasing the fix, some users on Microsoft’s discussion board are still experiencing buggy behaviour when using the service.
