Wired.com has posted an article in their blog about leaked screenshots of the next Windows operating system.

It says that the next Windows will be an incremental evolution rather than a major change like moving from XP to Vista. Their source for this info was a Russian site with a domain of whatsnext.ru.

One of the new features will be the ability to pin items on the Start menu. There is also a new Windows Recovery Center for rolling back to a previous state or recover from a backup disk.

An update is also included in the article which says that the screenshots may be fake.
