Microsoft has released two updates for their Vista operating system.

Both are not security patches. However, users may still be very interested to apply them since it fixes some bugs that existed since Vista was released.

The first patch is about compatibility update. These include an update to printer spooler, Windows Calendar, and graphic drivers. Some of these include the monitor screen going blank after turning off an external display such as a video projector and deteriorating quality when playing video games which uses a lot of graphics power.

The second patch is about performance update which includes a faster display of the estimated time remaining feature when copying large files.
