How well will this stuff work for UK companies?

It will work just as well for UK companies. In fact, I have already sold a few to businesses in the UK.
However, due to the obvious variations in the laws in different countries, I cannot guarantee the contracts that are included legality in all countries. You may want your own local lawyer to verify the contracts enforceability in your area if you plan on working with big business.
I will be ordering this kit soon, we have been waiting for this to finally be released for some time!
