Really enjoyed the combination of my two favorite resources about the computer repair business. There are many shows and forums on how to repair computers but few on the business itself. The interview was both informative and entertaining.

I loved the bit about calling the client 10 minutes before you expect the job to be finished and then it goes pear shaped.

Good interview, but in the middle with the USB autorun viruses, I made the same mistake once, never again
It’s pretty easy to spot (the virus doesn’t flash U3 so it’s kinda lame autorun.inf. The autoruns always is on the top of the list and the real “open with explorer” is almost at the bottom.
Don’t like that his sweettalking Norton, I think Kaspersky is OK but NOD32 is the thing I install for close ones, I don’t use AV’s.
Andreas, gotta try that Norton. I used to hate it until 2009. Bryce, thanks for the post and for a great show.
