That way everything is backed up, even the files users have 'hidden' to stop people finding them. That way I just dump the whole drive image on the desktop in a folder called 'Rescued Files', and make shortcuts for people to places like their 'My Documents' folder. Their system refused to burn anything using there dvd burning. Tried a couple of other programs and they also had problems. Almost started to think the burner was dead. Tried ImgBurn because I remembered seeing it on here the other day (never used it personally yet) and it worked perfectly the very first time. Thanks for the awesome recommendation!
