A lot of people hate when this gets lost or forget to back it up, because now they have to type in all their recipients in Outlook again. It backs up all docs and settings for all user accounts. Just run it on vista, then copy the compressed files onto removable device then run WET on the new system. Too bad their site says it does not work with Windows Vista. I just upgraded a few months ago too, oh well... If you charge for the backup allow them to opt out on the form but still requires they sign it. That ofcourse is a CYA, Cover Your Ass, tactic that we sadly need.
