Microsoft goes after 20 illegal software dealers
This week Microsoft revealed lawsuits against 20 resellers for what they are calling “hard-disk loading”. Microsofts definition of hard disk loading is “The installation of unlicensed software on computers that are then sold to unsuspecting businesses or consumers.”

Microsoft is keen to let resellers and computer technicians know that they will legally persue those who provide illegal software. You can find the list of the resellers here.
