Microsoft Fixes a Record of 26 Security Holes
Today Microsoft released a record amount of updates fixing 26 seperate security holes in the Windows operating system and its other products such as Office. Six of these updates are reported as critical (remote code execution exploits) and one update being listed as important (denial of service exploit).

Windows XP Service Pack 1 Support Has Ended
Support for service pack has now ended and no further updates will be available for SP1 based computers.
