ForumsIts been about two months since we last asked what you think of the site and where we can improve. As a webmaster, I love hearing any feedback from our readers so that I can keep on doing what I am doing right, and implement any suggestions you guys have. The main suggestion from last time was to increase the amount of updates; so we now one each work day. The main praise last time was our Repair Tool Of the Week section which we will definitely be keeping on here permanently.
So, Hows our driving now? What do you love about the site? What do you hate about the site? Got an idea or a suggestion? Whatever it is we’d love to hear about it. Comments are open as always, you don’t need to sign up to make a comment and you can even post anonymously if you like.

I think your drivings great man, i’m ready to start a IT tech training course to get my A+ certification in august (already accepted and enrolled) and i came across this site when i was accepted, read almost all of your articles new and old and i think they are great, site’s great i bookmarked it and usually check on it everyday, i am also a webmaster and own a steady site so to me if i had to say 1 thing it might be that maybe you should get the same out there just a little bit more search engines, tutorials on other sites ect… growth is the only thing i can think of. great job otherwise keep up the good work
The only thing I want to see is more traffic. More users on the forums. We need to figure out how to draw more attention.
I think you guys are doing great, the content is top notch. I’d prefer more marketing/business articles geared towards us…but that’s just me
Great job…I check this site daily. I love the articles and I’ve loved the series recently on the business side of things. Since I work for a SMB IT company who does B2B type work and also building a home computer repair business in my off time, this site comes in really handy. I really appreciate all the info. Keep Up the Good Work.

Wonderful resource, I check it all the time… You’ve answered many of my questions. I just finished my A+ cert. and am looking to start a PC repair business in my area. This site has been full of great advice!

We gotta admit, we love the tools, articles and people! What a helpful bunch of folks. The forums have been active with people who take a genuine interest in helping others. This is a great community, and well, this place is awesome!
i have been a computer technician for 7 years now and only set up on my own last july, the problem i had was too much information being thrown at you, after hours sifting throw it all finding only the odd usefull bit of info, it is so nice to see a well presented totally useful site such as this, i have leart more today than in the last 6 months.
