no free licence, all sites talk about the same link form the westpac site and the suposed sinup form, THERE ARE NONE! and when you clic on the pc tools “free 12 months” buttons its leads to a purchase page…

so everybody is full of it, and mostly pc tools for FAULS ADVERTISING!!

I’ve used the full paid version for years, but now i use the starter one. The only diff is the paid has real time, but it slows you down, so the starter is good enough. Its also avail. in the google pack. Ive used the av when other av’s didnt get the virus, its a good app for a free one, but i still prefer avg, avast, and avira over it.

Ive used spyware doctor for years, the paid version includes real time, but that can slow you down. the other version is free, just go to http://www.download.com and search spyware doctor starter edition. It’s a nice program, very comparable to spybot and adaware. I’ve used it on 100’s of machines with no problems yet!! Ive also used the free anti virus from download.com on stubborn machines that avg,avast and the like cant fix.
