It's just that why use more when you can use less with the same features. Isn't MPG123 only for Linux and Unix?

Yes it is. But it fits th forst part. Why use windows when you can use linux with more features and less ram/cpu/hdd usage

because he doesnt "want to config it, write some shell scripts, update your rpms, patch your kernal and partition your drives, check your dependancies and compile... probably do that... once or twice.." (line stolen from here)

I use itunes to play most all of my music. I like it a lot becasue it is a nice progrram it may take up more Ram space but I like it.

I jsut use Windows Media Player becasue it is what came with my computer and i do not need much more then that.

I use Itunes pretty much most of the time because all my ipod music is on there so I can just put it in shuffle.
