Single Page Site Questions

I have a simple single page site geared for MSP business clients.

I want to also have information for home clients.

Should I add a section to the existing single page?

or reconfigure it as two separate pages: .com/business and .com/residential or business.companyname.com and residential.company.com

The residential section would look very similar but just focus on different services.

I wouldn't break them up in sub-domains (the business.companyname.com and residential.companyname.com) option. That breaks up your "SEO juice" as Google treats them as different sites.

If you're going to target different keywords for each service I would make them separate pages.
