Any suggestions for an alternative tool? As you can see, we use Quickbooks and Autotask, so integration with them is imperative.
(note we have worked with support many hours over the years and the speed and bugs don't appear to be improvable)

- Ability to see when clients access quote
- They can approve quotes and even do down payments with link
- Automated reminders
- Templates
- Shopping carts/Web Store
- Keeps the information accurate from the quote to purchase to ticket
- Very customizable - Packages, links, monthly, yearly
- Can make the quotes look very professional. Can create custom items with pictures, etc. and save them.
- Clients can edit numbers on the quote, can make comments
However, this short con's list is making us consider alternatives:
- Extremely Slow
- Crashes\Buggy
- Complexity\Excessive time to maintain
- Can't access remotely
- No automation in web/shopping
