Citrix Sharefile Changes

Citrix has rolled out additional security updates in their product as of last week, I guess. We're getting complaints that recipients (our client's clients) are no longer able to log in to their previously-created Sharefile accounts to get messages, and also unable to reset passwords. I have an open ticket with Sharefile, but it looks like the only solutions are to log in to the admin portal for each company and either delete all of the customer accounts, or perform password resets on each one individually.

This seems like an unacceptable solution path to me, so I'm waiting for additional responses from support to see if there is a way to automate any of this.

The big selling point of this product was ease-of-use since it has the Outlook plugin, but the huge price increase of a couple of years ago certainly hurt, and now this fiasco isn't helping either. I'll bet some of these clients will be looking for an alternative soon.
