I have been building my website for a couple months. It's divided into 2 parts: Internet Services and Computer Services. It's very important for me to know your feedback about my website so, can you please help me letting me know what is what you like about it as well as what is it that you don't like it.
The address is www.orca-technology.com Thank you |

I take it english isn't your first language. There are quite a few spelling mistakes and grammatical errors on there. I suggest you get someone to read over it for you.
Also "FREE - After Business Hours"? You provide free support outside of business hours?! The sound everytime you change the page is a bit annoying. Perhaps only have the sound on the home page? Slightly off topic, you're prices are very low and very odd ($19.79)! $15 if you fix a problem in under 10minutes? How are you making any money on that after overheads? |

This is only a catch, serious problems take more than that but plugging a loose cable is worth 19.79. Simmy, thanks for all you point. I appreciate taking your time to review it. |

Your affiliate and account login pages don't allow you to go back to your home page unless you hit the back button. I'd put a link back to your home page or something.

I like the graphics and color scheme a lot. I find it a little confusing to navigate. Might I suggest using seperate domains for each type of service (ie one domain for computer repair, another for internet services). This would simplify navigation a lot and also allow you to optimize SEO for each site. Also, I have a 20" monitor and your website is left centered and leaves a giant white space on the right. I would center the entire page and use a darker color for the background to draw attention to the actual content.

Regarding the separate domains, do you mean sub-domains or a different domain? |

Is that pricing flat rate? If so, it seems way too low, especially for the Orlando area.
For me, the pricing menu is overwhelming, unclear, and a mess. ![]() As a customer I'd be on to the next company if I had to wade through that. Prices are low and out of balance. A lot of the stuff you offer overlaps with other items but lacks consistency. For instance: OS installation is $121.20 on site. (How are you doing it that you make money?) OS install on site with data transfer is 134.99. A $13.79 difference. Data transfer by itself is $45.44? No specifics, data limit, or OS mentioned. Will you come move my 3 Terabytes of SQL data from 45 bucks? It's $29 to get rid of annoying pop ups or $121.19 to remove viruses. While they can be separate, most infections cause pop ups. Especially spyware. I think I'll take the $29 option It's $53.01 to install a peripheral and configure. (does that include a Canon copier with Exchange integration?) OR You will blow dust out of a computer on site for $53. Side note. IMHO blowing out dust is something you do as part of any general service. It takes what? A few minutes to open a computer and blow the dust out. I find it really tacky when a company advertises this as service to its customers. It just screams PT to me

Different domains entirely. example: computerrepair.com for repairs and webdesign.com for web stuff.

i personally hate sound on a site such as this, if it were a gaming site or music site, or something like that, but when I am just browsing to a site to look up a server host or say a forum to learn about the latest in computer repair (lol) i dont wanna hear music, sound or anything
I will build it into a site if the client wants, and I have but at the least just have it on the main page
