Updated my rig, new RAM MOBO & Case, tell me what you think.

Case- Coolermaster HAF 932 Full Tower Case
Mobo- Gigabyte GA-MA790GP-UD4H
RAM- OCZ Flex PC9600 1200MHZ x 8gb
PSU- Antec True Power Quattro 1000watt Modular PSU
HDD- WD Black 160gb for OS, WD Black 1tb x2 running on raid 1
CPU-AMD Socket AM3 720 Black Edition Triple Core 2.8ghz stock (OC to 3.4Ghz Stable) at 36c.
Heatsink & Fan- Zalman 9900 Nvidia Edition
Video Card- GTX 260 Core 216 (I know not the best card but gets the job done)
Optical Drives- LG DVD R/RW, Sony Blue Ray Drive.
22 inch HP 1080p Monitor
O/S- Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit

Next Upgrade.
DDR3 Ram & AM3 DDR3 Mobo when prices go down for DDR3 Ram.

16 GB of DDR2

SSD

Windows 7

Dual ATI Video Cards, have always had Nvidia Video Cards but I am an AMD Fanboy and AMD only has AMD crossfire since they bought out ATI, so I have no Idea what to look for in a ATI video card.

Yea Im still fighting I might take my first pro fight with Palace Fight Championships.

Have done well in Muay Thai fights 4-0 in muay thai.

I'm there with you. My case came today so I can assemble my new rig tonight.
I went the:
AMD quad core
750GB raid 1
Only 4GB of memory right now
Scythe SCKBT-1000 120mm Sleeve Kabuto 6 Heat Pipes CPU Cooler

Windows 7 is now available with MAPS so I am changing over my whole network this weekend to SBS 2008 and Windows 7.

I am an ATI fan myself. I am running the ASUS 4850 that I purchased about 8 months ago and it works great for me. My board has crossfire ability and I'm gonna get a second one next month. The price has dropped by about $70 from when I got it.

And again, what's the rig used for? Gaming, Graphics, CAD, etc?

I like Intel and AMD depending on what it's being used for. I have a Core 2 Duo desktop and a AMD Dual Core HTPC (Home Theater PC).
