I was the same. I recently installed it on my Media PC for its Media Center abilities. Im actually beginning to like Vista alot. However, I am probably going to wait a bit until the programs catch up. On its own, its a pretty nice OS.

I use windows XP for school purposes. I use ubuntu for the everyting else. I have a ubuntu LAMP server for fun
and have a FreeNAS for our file server.

I use Windows XP Home Edition on my 3 PC's and i use both Mac OS X panther and Ubuntu 7.04 on my iMac.
