AcerPower FH motherboard

Hello I got a 946gzt-am motherboard from an acerpower FH; Model APFH-EP6311C

I can not find a new or refurbished one anywhere and acer wants $300 for one which is not an option so I would like to find out if anyone has a lead on where I can get a replacement or give me some options on what other type of motherboard I can put in this system system.

Is the O/S OEM and you are stuck with some kind of "tattoo" deal ?.

If not then I think any board will do, if this is the board

it doesnt look too unique. If the back plate is removable you should be able to stick anything in there.

Look at some Pentium D mobo's on Ebay and see if you find anything that might work, like
maybe this one ?

thanks NY the motherboard worked out perfect had to put a cover over the sound port
