I would like to create a list of companies for whom you can work as a 1099 employee, a contractor. I hope that this list will help people find work in their area. I would like anyone who reads this to please list the companies for which they do contract work. I want to create lists for the US, UK, Australia and anywhere else you might want to list companies.

When you list the company, I will update this first post to include the information that you post so it will all be available on the first post, making it easier to read.

Here is the information I would like you to include:

-Name of company
-website
-phone number
-email address
-scope of work
-brands/companies you service for
-Is the company regional, national or what? What nation is it in?

22 views and not one response!? So not one of you is a contractor for any company? I find this very hard to believe.

Seeing this type of response makes me feel that people are not very willing to share here. While the economy is bad I would not with hold information from like minded friends. May the best tech win, but give it a fair shot by sharing.

PC SOS -they called me from a craigslist ad and needed a toshiba laptop hard and cpu fan replaced but the catch was i needed to be toshiba certified before being paid, so they gave me access to toshiba university to be certified ($200 value) and also paid me $60 for the job which only took an hour
