Does anyone use SugarCRM at their business?

I was looking into it and trying to find alternatives. It is an office managemnet, client management, employee management, etc.

I used it this summer and thought it was alright. Anyone have experience running it? Do you use something similar and if so, what is it?

SugarCRM may also do the job even though it is not specifically designed for computer repair guys. It is reasonably customizable, just be prepared to spend more time than probably expected on the setup, implementation and customizations processes.

I have used SugarCRM and have implemented it for clients as well and so far I haven't had any complaints. As previously mentioned it isn't really designed for someone in the computer repair industry but is so highly customizable that doesn't really hamper your ability to use it.
