Default Where to buy a small portable monitor

I'm looking for a small portable monitor to use for diagnostics. The smaller, the better. Right now I carry a 19" lcd but it would be nice to have something I can more easily carry. Any suggestions? What do you guys use?

At CES, there were some small 7"-9" monitors that hooked up over USB. Also, places like mp3car.com have small VGA LCD panels that would work for your application.
