It's great when you install a program and it is nice enough to disable autoplay for you. Here is a nice little tool from microsoft to find where it has been disabled and re enable it.
The Microsoft AutoPlay Repair Wizard scans your computer devices to find defective AutoPlay settings, and attempts to fix those it finds. |

Mickeysoft drives me crazy. I must have gone through that WGA plugin crap a half a dozen times on this machine. It wants to do it again. GRRRRRRR.

I believe TweakUI will get you there, too.

1. Autoplay SHOULD be off
2. You just have to go into "My Computer", right click, properties, Autoplay tab to change settings for a drive |

Sometimes it not quite that easy to re enable some applications disable it in the registry or group policy. I kind of like to have autoplay enabled on certain drives, It makes life easier for syncing my flash drives.
