UVNC Alternatives

Ive got UVNC setup but have been having a bit of trouble with it lately with regard getting it working on my other computers. The only threads I could find on it were quite old, so I was wondering if everyone had abandoned it and moved onto something else. Hopefully something a bit easier, but with the customisation options of UVNC.

I havent done any remote support yet, but its something I like to offer.

I find VNC a bit fussy for customers. I tend to stick with Logmein or the like.

With single click its very very simple, one click no install remote support. I thought logmein wasnt free for commercial use?

It's my understanding that it is, but they'd rather you get the pro, rescue, etc.

Is it possible to put all your own branding on Logmein?

I think it depends on which product you get. I believe you can brand their "Rescue" product.

Logmein Free is consumer use only.

There a few threads comparing remote support systems. I prefer ScreenConnect (I assume you don't care if it's actually a VNC); inexpensive, amazing, and fully brand-able/customizable.
