Thoughts on this flyer

I'm working on a "Residential MSP" plan of sorts, and have created a flyer for it. I'd like some critiques. I intend to offer this to existing customers only, so hence why I left off any info about our business. Looking forward to your thoughts!

looks pretty good! the only question i have is this... does the maintenance inludes hardware cleaning (dust, etc)? it just kinda gives off that impression bcoz of the wiper.

It doesn't, technotch, since it will be primarily remote service to keep my costs low. However, that is something I may need to think about. I don't want to setup them up for unmet expectations.

Been beginning to think about this myself.

Like what you've done so far, but a couple of questions:
1. What's actually involved with "maintenance" versus "Program/Windows Updates" versus "Tuneup"? Depending on semantics, they all mean the same thing.
2. What software are you looking to use for the 24/7 monitoring?
3. What software for the remote access needed for item #1?

Thanks for the questions.

1. Maintenance is very routine stuff, while our PC tune up is more in depth. I guess maintenance can be thought of as more PC tune up light.

2. We use GFI max for our monitoring and remote support.

3. GFI max (they use TeamViewer) with LogMeIn as our backup.

Yeah I can see where Technotch is coming from. Maybe you were going for the clean "Windows" kinda thing. The header says "Fast & Virus Free" so maybe some theme along those lines. All in all, looks great though. I think you left out a word in the $20 off offer.

Nice layout but the text is a bit hard to read.

I would make it more clear regarding remote maintenance to avoid mis-communication.

I would change the word "basic" to "standard".

I find the text (dark blue text in the light blue background) a little tough to read. Other than that, I like it.
