Hi, I hope someone can help me with this. My friend has a cell phone that will only download media. He wants to download a song as a wav file to use as a ringtone. Is there a way to convert it so he can download it on his phone? If I can convert the wav file for him, I can email it to his phone. Thanks in advance.

I think everyone maybe overlooking a simple issue. What phone does your friend have.
Has your friend been able to download *.WAV audio files and set them to a ringtone before. because the *.WAV format hase a rather large file size The iphone for example you and convert within itunes. some phone can have the media transfered to a memory card of some sort that is stored in the phone. Other phones may require a special data cable or phone software to transfer the media.
