Just swapped out a smashed screen for a customer and the new panel is only displaying 3/4 of the screen (see image) - anyone seen this before?
Not sure if it's the replacement panel that has a fault or the laptop. I have tried different resolutions with the same issue. Anyone experienced this? First time in over 150 screen swap outs...

Yeah thought it might be the screen - someone has written on pen on the back of the panel "fixed 15/2"!!!!

I would say faulty screen, or possibly not the correct screen (different resolution etc)

I had one of these last week. The LCD was bad. Ordered a new one and no issues at all.
